What CVG ratio is best for cubes?

A common recipe is CVG at roughly 1:1:0.1 (coir:verm:gypsum by weight). Hydrate to field capacity (squeeze hard: a few drops). Sterilise, or pasteurise if using a non-sterile workflow. Spawn at 1:2 to 1:3 (spawn:substrate by volume). Please check local laws if cultivating cubes.
