Deliveries

We ship our orders with DPD Next Day as standard:

As a next day delivery service, most orders are next day delivery with the exception of orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, which may arrive with you on Monday or Tuesday. If for any reason your order isn't with you the next day, check your tracking number via email for an updated estimate. 

Rural Locations:

DPD may not be able to provide some services in hard to reach locations. If in doubt, check out the delivery service providers website for more information.

Delivery Costs:

Due to the nature of our products, delivery pricing is based on weight. Mainland UK orders under 20kg in total weight will be charged at £4.99, whilst orders over 20kg are charged at £9.99.

Northern Ireland:

All orders to Northern Ireland valued under £100 will be sent out via the DPD Two Day shipping method, with a flat rate cost of £20.99. Orders over £100 will receive free two day shipping.

Free Delivery:

All Mainland UK orders valued at £50 and above will automatically receive free shipping in checkout! 

Pallet Deliveries:

Any order over 150kg in total weight will be sent out via pallet. This will be booked in for collection at our warehouse once the order is confirmed, and this may extend the time it takes to dispatch the order. We will send all pallets out with a tail lift service. We will email a tracking link when one becomes available.
