Great and easy product for mushrooms growing at home

Used this product previously and had awesome results, so much easier than setting up a monotub and basically came out with the same yeild.

This time I've bought 2 to use at the same time as it's easy and takes a lot less maintenance and minimises contamination risks massively.

Thank you for leaving a review. I appreciate your frustration at not having personally received your order before a review request was sent.

After looking into this, and discussing with you, we found that the no one was able to receive the first delivery, and that the parcel was delivered to your local DPD pickup point by your DPD driver. This was delivered to the pickup point after a second attempt to deliver the parcel had been made. I'm glad that you managed to successfully retrieve the parcel from your DPD pickup point though!

The review request is scheduled to automatically send after confirmation of delivery has been made by DPD. So whilst you did not personally have the parcel, DPD class the parcel as successfully delivered once it is left at the final requested destination. I apologise if this change of delivery address was not made by yourself, and for any inconvenience this may have caused. I can also assure you that we do not make any adjustments to delivery destinations ourselves, unless explicitly asked.

I noticed that you recently placed a second order with us, and requested us to arrange for your parcel to be left at the front door if no one was in. Since you asked us to make this adjustment for you, we were more than happy to pass this request on to DPD. I'm also glad to see that DPD followed this request!

Aside from the trouble with your delivery, I hope that you have enjoyed the products in your order?

It would be five due to the packaging and how quick it arrived. The post was fantastic but nothing at all has started happening yet. Not a bean. I ordered tarragon oyster mushrooms. I bought the kit following a recommendation. It was an easy process and everything arrived on time and with clear instructions .Looking forward to getting started and would recommend this supplier.

All in one bag

This is advertised as all in one bag. All you need to start growing mushrooms but this is not strictly true. I had to order genetics to start the growing process. I would have liked this either supplied with the product and charged extra accordingly or a better worded advert advising this was also needed. Apart from that the purchase and delivery was good

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback! We aim to make this as clear as possible before a purchase is made by including an 'includes' section and stating that genetics are sold separatley in the product description. To make this clearer, we have now highlighted these points in bold. Although the product is called an All-in-one bag, this does refer to the grains and substrates being 'all in one' and does not mean that the kit includes unnamed genetics. Whilst we appreciate that this can cause confusion, it is a term used to describe this product by mushroom growers, as the classic technique of cultivating mushrooms requires growing mycelium on grains before transferring them to substrate. We will however, look into offering these all in one kits with genetics as seperate products.
