We looked into your order, and this was delivered to your local DPD pickup shop after two failed delivery attmepts to your address. A notification email for this was sent by DPD, and the change to your delivery was made by DPD. We can also see that this order was successfully collected by you from the DPD pickup point, and we have since discussed this with you via email. It is unfortunate that the delivery didn't successfully go to your address, but this is also out of our control.

After your most recent order with us, you requested we personally ask DPD to leave the parcel in your front porch if you are not available to receive the parcel. We made this adjustment for you, and the second order was delivered successfully straight to your door. Please note: You also have access to make adjustments to your delivery, and all delivery updates are sent to your provided email address and/or phone number.

I appreciate that this is an inconvenience for you, but we are unable to make adjustments to your delivery, without your explicit request. Once you request us to make an adjustment, we are more than happy to help whenever the request is reasonable.
