Description
Description
Looking for a cost-effective way to get bigger mushroom yields? Our Rye & CVG Mushroom Grow Kit has you covered. This kit includes a 1.5kg bag of sterile rye grain, a 3kg bag of CVG substrate and a 70% isopropyl wipe and they’re cheaper as part of this kit. You can grow almost any strain of fungi using this setup, so just grab a spore syringe or liquid culture (available separately) to get started and you’re all set.
All of our substrates and grains are sterilised in our medical-grade autoclave for 2 hours and 30 minutes (1 hour 30 for sub), with a pressure of at least 15 PSI. This gives our blocks enough time at a minimum of 121º to reach the centre of the bag, ensuring all microorganisms are killed off. We then open the autoclave inside our cleanroom and heat seal the mushroom grow bag in front of a laminar flow hood to stop any contaminants from getting in.
