Description

This Enoki/Velvet Shank (Flammulina sp.) 10ml UK native mushroom liquid culture is an ideal option if you’re looking to up your mycology and culinary game! Grown in a CO₂ rich environment, this fungi will produce leggy stems that provide a great texture – especially in Asian cuisine. This particular strain grows aggressively and works well under indoor cultivation conditions. Unlike many Enoki cultures, this one can begin fruiting without the need for a cold shock!

This Velvet Shank/Enoki liquid culture features a syringe that contains 10ml of liquid mycelium. You can use your culture syringe to expand your liquid culture or to inoculate agar or sterile grain.
