Pick one 10ml liquid culture (LC), then choose your growing route: a wood-based All-In-One (AIO) bag on its own, or a sterile rye grain bag followed by a Masters Mix substrate bag. Add a misting bottle for the fruiting stage and your kit is complete.

An AIO bag holds grain and substrate together, so you inject it once and leave it to colonise — the fewest steps and the best choice for a first grow. Grain and Masters Mix adds a second stage (where you mix colonised rye grain into the substrate), but gives you more control and larger yields.

One 10ml syringe is plenty for a single grow. We recommend 2–5ml per bag, whether you're inoculating an AIO bag or a sterile grain bag.

No. These kits grow from a liquid culture, so you inoculate the bag yourself and wait for it to colonise before fruiting. It takes longer than a Ready-to-Fruit block, but gives you a wider choice of species and a clean start in a freshly sterilised bag.
