Magic Myc® Mushroom Grow Bags UK

Magic Myc® All-In-One (AIO) grow bags are the simplest way to start growing mushrooms at home. Each bag holds a hydrated blend of coco coir, vermiculite, gypsum, and grains, so you can inject a liquid culture through the injection port, set it aside, and let it colonise — no spawn step and no substrate preparation. Every bag is sterilised in our medical-grade autoclave for 2 hours 30 minutes at a minimum of 121°C. Magic Myc® bags are designed for legal gourmet and exotic species only.

Can I Use Magic Myc® Bags To Grow Magic Mushrooms?

No. Magic Myc® bags should be used with legal gourmet and exotic species only, since cultivating magic mushrooms is illegal in the UK. Please read our guide to UK magic mushroom law for more details. Our products are for lawful use only. We will not offer advice for the cultivation of prohibited species in the UK.

Which Mushrooms Can I Grow In A Magic Myc® Bag?

Magic Myc® bags suit legal gourmet and exotic species that grow well on grain and CVG. This includes branched oysters, coral tooth, and velvet shanks. For wood-loving species such as reishi and turkey tail, choose our wood-based AIO bags instead.

How Much Will A Magic Myc® Bag Yield?

A 1.5kg Magic Myc® bag can produce around 400g of fresh mushrooms, and you can be harvesting in as little as four weeks. Yield and timing depend on the bag size, species, and your growing conditions.

Can I Buy Magic Myc® Bags In Bulk?
