Description

Wholesale Oak Pellets For Mushroom Cultivation (HWFP) are supplied by the tonne for growers
mixing substrate at commercial volume. Sourced from English oak, these hardwood fuel pellets
(HWFP) are 6mm in diameter and hold a consistent moisture content below 6% — so a pallet
hydrates as predictably as a 5kg sack, and your ratios hold from batch to batch.

Pallets ship direct from our supplier rather than through us, which allows us to provide you with the best rates possible on bulk HWFP. Please leave a note with your order covering any delivery
restrictions, tail lift requirements, or other helpful information for us to forward to the
pallet courier. Expect up to 10 working days from order to delivery.

How To Use

Check out our guides for information on making your own substrates. We use the following recipe for our master mix substrate bags:
20% hardwood oak pellets, 20% soy hull pellets, 60% water. At that ratio a tonne of oak
pellets yields roughly 5,000kg of finished substrate.

Deliveries & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday the same day (exclusions apply).

We ship most orders using the DPD Next Day service, so in most cases, you can expect to receive it the next day (if ordered before the cutoff).
