My mushroom caps crack. Are they too dry, or is there too much FAE?

Cracked mushroom caps come from low surface moisture and rapid evaporation. To fix: Increase ambient RH, reduce direct airflow on fruits, and maintain fine surface beading. Mist chamber walls and the air, not the caps. If droplets sit on caps for long, blot gently to prevent bacterial blotch.
