How do I store liquid culture safely?

Refrigerate LC jars at 2-6°C with a filtered gas exchange port to prevent vacuum, or sealed if in syringes. Label strain, date, and ingredients. Test on agar before grain after storage. Avoid freezing standard LCs; for long-term storage, move the culture to slants or cryo methods instead.
